Coutts Chelsea Flower Show confirmation pack
Inspired by past Coutts client Marianne North, the painting on the front of the foldout is by Marianne North who opened an account with Coutts in 1854 and became a distinguished painter known for her botanical work. Encouraged by Kew, she travelled widely in the 1870s, visiting countries across the Americas, Asia, and beyond, with later journeys taking her to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the Seychelles, and Chile. Her paintings were exhibited and donated to Kew, and six plant species bear her name.
The outer envelope unfolds like a flower in bloom and is securely sealed with a chilli sticker. Inside, the information is presented on a card that folds out, echoing the growth of a garden. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the growth, beauty and flourishing nature of flowers and gardens.
The text and logo was foiled in a light sand colour.
